What you are agreeing to. This is a hobby-stage exploration with commercial intent, not a job, investment, token, or present equity grant. Our aim is to commercialize successful work and distribute equity to people who help build lasting Company value. Joining or contributing alone does not issue or guarantee equity; any grant requires Company approval and a separate written agreement. You keep ownership of what you create while granting DSPY GROUP LLC the commercial rights described in the license. Private material stays private.

Your signed acceptance is stored in a private, Company-controlled GitHub record with the exact document fingerprints. If that record cannot be created, the request fails and nothing is submitted.
